New Changes to Bug Reporting and Feature Requests on Singular
We are thrilled to announce that we are undertaking a major overhaul of our bug reporting and feature request services and migrating away from Upvoty. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency of these services, allowing us to better understand and address any issues you may encounter on our marketplace.
With your input and assistance, we will deliver a more seamless and streamlined user experience by eliminating those pesky bugs that may have been hindering your enjoyment of our platform. This overhaul will empower us to gather all the necessary information to improve our marketplace and provide you with the best possible experience.
The changes
1. New widgets
We have added two new widgets to the footer buttons at the bottom of your Singular page for bug reporting and Feature requests
2. Requesting new features
For Feature requests, the link takes you to our Canny page where you can submit requests for new features you’d like to see on Singular as well as upvote other feature requests.
3. Bug reporting
To report a bug, just click on the “bug” icon and fill the details on the pop-up that appears, including steps to reproduce (the steps you took to find the bug), your wallet address, and/or link to your space where applicable. Where necessary, you can also mark the specifics on the accompanying screenshot that is automatically taken.
You will then be prompted to submit your email address through which you can be contacted for further details, and that’s it.
