Open Positions
Construction Associate
The Construction Associate will monitor and maintain construction schedules and ensure that the project remains within budget. The Construction Associate is responsible for making sure all health and safety guidelines are followed onsite.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting site safety
- Assist with management of General Contractors
- Support in development and maintenance of project master schedule
- Support in developing and managing the 3-week look ahead
- Analyze impacts to schedule & cost of recover/acceleration plans
- Work with the Construction Manager on cost control, cost forecasting, invoicing, and financial management
- Assist in recovery planning
- Support Submittal, RFI & Drawing Management processes
- Update the commodity tracking program
- Support in project pre-planning & development.
- Oversee project completion milestone progress & deliverables
- Submit Weekly Reports
- Submit Monthly Reports
- Build positive relationships with contractors and dairyman
- Understand, review, and manage project plans, specifications, and manufacturer’s data and execute project based upon that documentation
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to use ProCore, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe / Bluebeam, Navisworks, Google Earth, DocuSign, Expensify
- Required to secure an OSHA 30 Card
- Has First Aid Certificate
- Has AED Certificate
- 2 years of construction experience
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Basic ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Construction Managers are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities of projects under construction according to the design and specification parameters. This includes coordinating with contractors, performing quality control and safety checks as well maintaining schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for site safety

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Manage General Contractors
- Provide insight and direction on construction plans prior to mobilization to ensure they are realistic and achievable
- Support in development and maintenance of project Master Schedule
- Develope and manage the 3-week look ahead
- Oversee project completion milestone progress & deliverables.

- Manage the projects in cost control, cost forecasting, invoicing, and financial management.

- May be requested to work with business development, reviewing proposals and future projects

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all safety and Quality Assurance activities of a POD under construction according to the design and specification parameters. This includes coordinating with contractors and performing quality control and safety checks.
