Backed by some of the strongest and most experienced investors within our field, we are ready to kick it into a new gear 🤩 This funding round was led by ALFA Ventures and 14Peaks Capital. A perfect duo, consisting of an established VC, with a mission to contribute to a transformation of the real estate sector, and a newly established investor, focusing on early stage B2B software companies across Europe and the US 👏 "Proper's digital solution has the potential to significantly streamline the long-term property rental industry. Some milestones from 2023: - Proper successfully entered Germany 🇩🇪, Europe’s largest market, adapting our product and again demonstrating we can grow fast internationally! - We can now officially share that we are the most flexible billing and subscriptions platform, and maybe only one(?), that can cater for three different markets (Denmark, Netherlands and Germany). - Closing 2023, our tenancy portfolio has grown to more than 10,000 tenancies. 🚀 - Without increasing team size, and while growing our customer base, our CSAT year-to-date is above 85%. 🤩 - MANY new features launched such as notice letter automation, move-out statements and customisation in Proper Talk. - Landlords can also create and update contacts (incl. automated KYC), register payments outside of Proper and German landlords can easily create residential contracts directly from the platform! - Our platform offers more flexibility, enabling landlords to streamline their operations with flexible rent adjustments, autonomous lease onboarding, and much more ... 💎 More exciting things to come in 2024: - We are developing the first version of our brand new Proper API, which will benefit many of our enterprise customers in multiple ways. 🥳 - It will soon be possible to copy lease data, which will optimise and simplify the entire lease creation process. - Our first product webinar was hosted in December.
