I truly adored this piece and I've thought about it many times since - and right now trying to brainstorm how to avoid the amnesia and share the knowledge and insights about our users in our organization. Will definitely share with the rest of my team! Thank you for all the work put into this at EPIC and thank you for sharing!

Every researcher needs to read this! Research Amnesia is ubiquitous problem that prevents deeper insights, organizational learning and effective product development. Kristen gives us a framework for understanding what's going on and a playbook to "frameshift the value of existing research within a company to develop new insights, bring together disparate analyses and teams, and propel product partners forward by offering more questions as a means to answers." Thank you Kristin!
