Every researcher needs to read this! Research Amnesia is ubiquitous problem that prevents deeper insights, organizational learning and effective product development. Kristen gives us a framework for understanding what's going on and a playbook to "frameshift the value of existing research within a company to develop new insights, bring together disparate analyses and teams, and propel product partners forward by offering more questions as a means to answers."
