IKHATTA

Ikhatta was a digital gathering of arts, poetry, dance, meditation and more for our communities during the 2020 and 2021 lockdowns. This series was a result of our team examining how we could express solidarity with our community under lockdown and our hope to provide safe, joyful and learning spaces for our people.

 

Ikhatta are events showcased and built relationships with our communities. It was a way to be joyful together during challenging times. This included IG takeovers by some of our inspirations, poetry workshops, bedtime story reads and more!
