The purpose of this exercise is to create a simple structure that allows you to pause and honestly reflect on the past year as well as set clear intentions for the upcoming year. My hope is that it will help you align your values with your actions.

The process is broken into 4 sections (1 section per tab of this sheet). Generally the whole exercise takes about an hour, but take as long as you want.

The process requires focus. So, find a quite and comfortable place, pour yourself a cup of coffee, tea (or wine or whiskey), turn off your phone, close other browser tabs and focus on the process.
