  • Visit Ineedana.com to find a clinic near you that offers abortion services and procedures.

  • The “abortion pill,” also known as a medication abortion, is a safe and effective option for ending pregnancy. It is often used as an alternative to a surgical abortion.

In some cases, these pills may be available to order online for use at home.

Visit the Plan C Abortion Pill Access Guide to find at-home abortion pill options online.

  • MAC can provide assistance with travel, lodging, food, medicine, childcare, emotional care, and more. We do this by researching travel routes, booking and paying for your bus/train/plane tickets, booking and paying for hotel or volunteer host accommodations, providing rides through rideshare companies or volunteer drivers, and providing money for meals and childcare.

MAC does not provide financial assistance for abortion procedures, but can work to connect you with abortion procedure funds you may qualify for.

Check out our Services page for more information.

  • We may be able to cover the total cost of travel, lodging, and other expenses associated with an abortion.

We don’t cover the cost of the abortion procedure, but can connect you to abortion procedure funds that you qualify for.

Reach out to us at our Get Support page for more information.

  • Due to the June 24 SCOTUS ruling, abortion rights are no longer constitutionally protected in the U.S.

That means some states have chosen or will choose to ban abortion in some or all cases. To find out whether abortion is legal in your state, visit the Guttmacher US Abortion Policies Map.

  • MAC supports individuals traveling to or from the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin.

If abortion is illegal in your state, we may still be able to provide support through travel assistance and/or other means. Reach out to us through our Get Support page.

  • Crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) are fake healthcare clinics that exist to divert pregnant people away from abortion care, often using misleading advertising and medical information.

While CPC’s may offer free pregnancy testing or ultrasound services, their goal is to talk individuals out of having an abortion. They often use misinformation, scare tactics, and shame to discourage people from abortion. They do not provide medical care of any kind.

You can check whether or not your clinic is a crisis pregnancy center with Ineedana’s Clinic Checker tool.

  • If you’re under 18 and looking for abortion support, visit our Under 18 resource page.

  • Unfortunately, no. In order to make travel bookings and reservations in your name, we will need you to provide your full legal name.

If you have concerns about pregnancy privacy, we urge you to check out the Abortion Privacy Guide from our partners at the Digital Defense Fund.
