We are currently seeking a top tier Software Engineer with specific experience in the Microsoft technology stack (.Net, C#, SQL). This is a full-time salaried position where you will join a team of world class engineers and developers solving complex problems, building new product lines, and expanding existing products and services. You will be rewarded for creativity and innovation.

In this role, you will have multiple responsibilities including software development and quality control, compliance adherence, high performing transaction handling within complex secure system integrations. You will leverage various frameworks, patterns, and tools. You will have shared accountability for the quality of the solution and ensure seamless integration and implementations.

Job Responsibilities Part 1 - Developer
• Build and enhance suite of web services across multiple products, platforms, and applications
• Analyze requirements and translate specifications into system designs
• Apply systems thinking to create solutions across environments and products
• Collaborate in the selection of software development tools and frameworks
• Interface with point of sale systems, web services, hardware devices, and data warehouses
• Influence product design by being the voice of maintainability
• Ensure the delivery of high quality and rigorously consistent products
• Contribute to the design of the company's software standards
• Code application libraries for re-usability and test ability.
• Define projects, tasks, and release deliverables
• Contribute to software process improvement
• Automate continuous delivery pipeline
• Strive to become a subject matter expert in FreedomPay products and the payment industry.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders
• Learn and adapt to the ever-changing hardware and software environments of payment systems and processing
• Publish training material and other technical documentation

Job Responsibilities Part 2 - QA
• Ensure the delivery of high quality and rigorously consistent products
• Contribute to the design of the company's quality standards and processes
• Discover, identify, and document defects
• Solutions for managing system risk
• Contribute to quality process improvement
• Influence product design by being the voice of the customer
• Build and enhance suites of quality tests across multiple products, platforms, and applications
• Analyze requirements and translate specifications
• Design robust test plan strategies for sanity and regression testing
• Collaborate in the selection of quality tools and test frameworks
• Code application libraries for unit tests, integration tests, and black-box system tests.
• Interface with point of sale systems, web services, hardware devices, and data warehouses
• Automate continuous testing pipeline
• Strive to become a subject matter expert in our products and the payment industry.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders

-Skills and Experience
• 0-3 years experience as a Software Developer/Engineer or related experiences
• Strong, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with .Net 4.8.2 framework or .Net 6+ (C#), VS 2019+
• Object-oriented design and programming
