What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support stakeholder needs assessment and identify evidence-based practices
- Assist in developing data collection instruments and conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups
- Manage data syntheses and analysis, literature reviews, and data representation creation
- Create presentations and supporting materials for various audiences
- Support communication and evaluation teams with project information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a master's degree program
- Background, experience, or relevant coursework in education, policy, and/or technical assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and cloud-based file sharing applications
- Proficiency with Project Management Software
- Proficiency with video conferencing applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in K-12 education, postsecondary education/training, rural education, educational equity, and education research and/or program evaluation
- Experience with Project Management Software and video conferencing applications
