On the eve of his return to Russia, Scott Ritter reunites with a friend he made when he visited Lake Baikal in Irkutsk last year, and is introduced to the recently-opened Park Hotel “Baikal-Alaska.” As you can see in the video, it’s the first themed hotel in Siberia, highlighting the history of North America and relatively close distance between Alaska and the Russian Far East.
