A 6-year-old female patient (unknown if pregnant) received BNT162b2 (COMIRNATY), on 28Feb2022 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: FR8392) at the age of 6 years intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient''s relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ABDOMINAL PAIN UPPER (death, caused and prolonged hospitalization) with onset 28May2022 at 06:30, outcome "fatal", described as "epigastric pain"; VOMITING (death, caused and prolonged hospitalization) with onset 28May2022 at 06:30, outcome "fatal". The patient date of death was unknown. Reported cause of death: "epigastric pain", "vomiting". No follow-up attempts are possible.
