Job Description:
As a Marketing Intern at Rise Local, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced marketing team, gaining valuable insights into the world of digital marketing and helping local businesses achieve their online goals. This internship is designed to provide you with real-world experience in various aspects of marketing, allowing you to develop essential skills and kickstart your marketing career.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our clients, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
SEO Support: Learn and assist with SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
Client Support: Collaborate with the team to support client campaigns, attend meetings, and assist in addressing client inquiries.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using various tools and platforms.
Creative Contributions: Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns, visual content, and branding initiatives.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by team members to gain exposure to different marketing disciplines.
Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a willingness to learn. • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus. • Proficiency in G-Suite. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
