To amend the Rules of Procedure adopted by Res. No. 2021-R031, adopted Jun. 14, 2021, for the purpose of modifying certain rules and procedures.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND:
That, effective upon adoption of this resolution, the Rules of Procedure for the City Council adopted by Resolution No. 2021-R031, adopted June 14, 2021, be and are hereby amended and adopted as set forth in the attachment to this resolution pursuant to section 4.06 of the Charter of the City of Richmond (2020), as amended.
