Job description

Mission :

As an HR Intern, your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. and gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee development. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations. 

Responsibilities :

● Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties 

● Filing and employee documentation - Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

● Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and participate in organizing company events

● Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

● Provide clerical support to Human Resources

Profile :

● BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field 

● A minimum experience of 6 months in a similar role will be an added advantage 

● Experience with MS Office and PowerPoint will be an advantage 

● Basic Knowledge of the Nigerian Labor Law and practices 

● Organizational skills

● Strong communications skills 

● Attention to detail
