The book has been very well received in his home country of the Netherlands. Reviews among others state it's a must read for all management and HR, the author doesn't suffer from visionary pride, but helps the reader understand the new world that's coming and the it inspires to think how labor relations and organizational structures should be forged in the (near) future. -
