April was another action-packed month for Phala! The mainnet launch of #PhatContract draws ever closer, and we had a blast in Consensus 2023. Read more on what we worked on this April.

🎙️Top News
- Phala Network joins ink!ubator initiative designed to kickstart the growth of ink! ecosystem together with Astar Network, Web3 Foundation, Parity Technology, Aleph Zero, and 727 Ventures. The initiative provides three tracks: Builder Track, Auditor Track, and Ecosystem Grants Track, aiming to improve several key areas: developer growth, security audits, full-stack tooling, and high-impact product launches.
- Computing rewards from the Ethereum subsidy pool has been transferred successfully to Phala one as the 1st rewards pool, getting ready for Gemini Tokenmonic Launch!
- Phala team attended Coindesk Consensus 2023. We formed partnerships, met new people, hosted a successful “Dinning Off-Chain” event, spoke at “Connecting the Paraverse” side event, and most importantly — promoted the upcoming launch of Phat Contract launch.
💻Product and Technical Updates
- April brought a variety of technical updates as the Phala team closes in on the mainnet launch of Phat Contract
- Finalized the UI of Phat Contract’s no-code experience, Phat Bricks
- Finished work on the first use-case for Phat Bricks, a Lens API Oracle that users will be able to deploy at launch with just a few clicks
- Deployed V3 of Phat Contract’s Off-Chain Rollup

PhalaWorld Marketplace has already launched, providing users with the ability to make transactions and transfers. The team is constantly working to improve the user experience by iterating on its features. Additionally, the team is currently focused on refining our product strategy, which will lead to further enhancements to the platform. With ongoing improvements, you can expect a seamless experience when using PhalaWorld Marketplace.

Khala Treasury accumulated 46.86MPHA, with 9 new Treasury Proposals and 9 Democracy Referendums. Total PHA awarded is approximately 6.4M PHA in the last month.
