I left sunday a year and a half ago with a strong desire to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure. At that time I was lucky enough to catch up with Kamel who I met at Serena and to meet Didier and Vincent at the same time. We quickly went from a blank sheet of paper to the firm conviction that we had a story to write together in the venture capital industry. We embarked on a journey to support early-stage founders with a vision to create a leading seed-stage platform in Europe. Today, we are excited to officially introduce Varsity to the world. Bold visions, shaping the future: we are investing between €1 to €5 million in startups led by ambitious European entrepreneurs, acting as their coaches to let them build legendary companies. We are proud to share some of our initial accomplishments: 👉 We’ve partnered with InfraVia Capital Partners (Vincent, Laëtitia, Bruno) to launch our management company. 👉 In only six months we obtained approval from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France, completed the initial closing of our €150m fund and obtained the Tibi label. 👉 We've already closed five deals and welcomed exceptional entrepreneurs to the Varsity team including Mahdi, Alexandre, Gaspard (Sensinov), Pierre, Marie (RockFi), Thibault, Gautier, Yannis (Pharaday) and Gaël (Kog).
