Random interior shots of my parent’s place
They’ve have had this house for 25 years. This weekend I took about 1,000 photos of every detail - the art, sculptures, rugs, furniture, plant beds, trees, knick knacks, wall paint, gardens, etc…
At a time when so much of my day to day life feels curated by the internet, it hit me especially hard when I realized how authentic every square inch of this house is
Neither of them are interior designs, architects, professional gardeners, artists, yet every square inch of the house was deliberately curated by them over two and a half decades
If there was an example of ‘built,’ not ‘bought,’ this would be it
I plan on posting as many photos as possible - maybe I’ll do a full write up about it instead?
