Everything we see and experience is subject to infinitely variable interpretations.
So many different potential scenarios, so many different potential relationships.
We learn not to interpret too concretely, knowing how very much we don't know.
We learn to ground, tune, and seek out our own direct experiences with which to compare our encounters with diverse stories, information, explanations.
We learn that organisms are vastly different even when they seem to look sort of the same. Human beings, for sure, and all beings.
The experiences we have cannot necessarily map one to another, except some ways in resonant, sustained, sovereign relationships.
We find out by attuning, presencing, caring for one another, learning one another's languages, learning how to respect one another's needs, and building bridges.
We learn not to let ourselves be driven by fogs of fear and confusion — but to cultivate clarity, and receive and process information according to our bodies’ best wisdoms and discernments.
We learn never to ignore, dismiss, or bypass one another's fear. We learn to hold awareness of it, respect for its needs, and kindness toward someone experiencing it. We know that those signals want to protect us too, if we learn to understand them.
We recognize the honorable nature of victims brave enough to speak while being injured, and of warriors who rise to meet the challenge of a danger others have not yet come to see or understand.
We learn to listen closely and patiently for the real languages a living being is speaking. It can take great time and intention to do it, and it is worth doing.
We learn to honor what is balance for that being — what is right and sacred, what functions, what becomes beautiful, what songs emerge.
What makes nourishment and strength.
What regenerates wholeness.
We learn to gravitate towards dialogue that is most grounded, caring, respect-oriented, and life-affirming — not to capitulate to desperate dissociation, to a cortisol pump, or to derision and bullying.
What seems at first like a nightmare might later prove to be dream medicine.
A stuck story, a pain, might be the precise sacred unfolding of a powerful perception and unerring biological transmutation.
We are amazing pleomorphic living beings, co-creating the world and our amazing bodies.
In somatic sensing and dream travel, I've been feeling amazing colleagues in the midst of deployments of technology they recognize the terrible harms of… loved ones acting now to shift, mitigate, dismantle and prevent. Allay; dispel. Transform.
Part of the mystery of the Invisible that strives with courage and loves and protects the world.
Preserves and honors life.
Cares for fear and trauma. Comes together in shared congruence. Supports healing.
Colleagues we maybe will never know, people who are our heart-siblings.
Helping us address this mess.
Tending it. Changing it.
Unfolding such a beautiful present and future world from the great unknown.
Blessings, blessings, blessings.
