Deeply investigate anything you dislike (about yourself, others, and the world). Disgust, irritation, and contempt are rarely about what’s in front of you; they are signals, not verdicts. If you stay with them without moralising or rushing to fix, they often reveal unmet needs, unclaimed desires, or borrowed beliefs you never chose. What you reject the most fiercely is often where your sharpest intelligence is hiding. Curiosity, applied ruthlessly, turns aversion into insight, and insight into freedom.
