Hey beautiful people,
My apologies for being late on schedule this week.
I’ve been taking a little time to unwind, relax, and reconnect with something I love: cooking. I decided to meal plan my breakfasts and suppers, knowing this week will be packed with work and that my energy might dip. PMS season brings mood swings and all the “fun extras,” so to comfort myself, I made the foods and desserts I crave most — especially chocolate during my luteal phase.
Honestly, I needed a moment. A pause. Maybe it's the early darkness or just my mind and body feeling tired, but I couldn’t gather my thoughts to write this newsletter.
Then Wednesday at 6:57, inspiration finally came, and my mind felt free again to write to you.
I love these moments with you. I love this community. It’s my weekly reminder that I am intentionally living on purpose. I often feel this quiet urgency to be alive, grounded, and driven by something meaningful.
Wellness is my devotion. My dedication to becoming better — and inspiring others to live a fuller, healthier life.
My last doctor’s appointment pushed me to make meaningful changes to my eating habits and physical health. I’ll be honest — I shed a few tears. It’s tough to face moments where you feel like you didn’t achieve your goals. It’s like reaching the end of the year and realizing you can’t cross off many things you planned, leaving you wondering where focus slipped away.
So that’s where I’m at now: eating healthier, and finding movement I truly enjoy. My heart is set on hot yoga and Pilates. Even if it ends up being just Pilates, I’m committed. My goal is that my next exam shows progress and clarity — that’s the energy I’m stepping into.
This week, I want to offer three introspection questions to help you reroute or reevaluate your own goals:
What goal have I been holding onto that no longer reflects the person I’m becoming?
Where can I simplify my path instead of forcing myself into a direction that drains me?
What small shift can I make this week that aligns me with the life I actually want, not the one I feel pressured to chase?
Here’s a quote that’s inspiring me lately:
“You are always one decision away from a completely different life.”
And here’s your call to action for the week: Choose one area of your wellness — mental, physical, or emotional — and make a small intentional shift. Just one. Then honor it all week.
I wish you well, Thank you for your patience with this week’s newsletter.
