“You can’t stop the waves, but you can always learn to surf.”

This has been my mantra and I’ve found deep truth in it. What we often see as problems (waves) are really opportunities in disguise. They're inevitable parts of life's rhythm, showing up whether we're ready or not.

It’s our job to navigate what’s coming next. When the perspective shifts, so does our relationship to the waves.

The waves are inevitable, the only question is how do we want to meet them?
