Ivanka Trump announces that she and her husband, Jared Kushner, are building a massive off-the-grid private island in the middle of the Mediterranean.

It was a natural protected reserve owned by Albania. The current PM (Edi Rama) were bribed by Kushner/Trump to make it lose its natural protective reserve status so that Kushner/Trump can buy it.

Albanians are protesting against this. It should be a treasured national park.

The island spans 1,400 hectares and currently has no power.
