Khanna: "I was in Mpls. Third and 4th generation Minnesotans were talking about tyranny. They were talking about ICE Agents going to bookstores. They were talking about ICE Agents following them to church. What is going on in the country is a violation of the 1st, 2nd and 4th Amendments. I can't in good conscience vote to give more money to ICE agents as they're violating our constitutional rights."
