Leavitt: "You cannot transgender mutilate our young children. We need a ban on those procedures and surgeries. And then of course no men in women's sports. That's what the president is asking for. It's the SAVE America Act. I look forward to seeing how the Democrats can possible oppose these overwhelmingly popular and positive policies for our country."
