Human behavior, which is not always pretty, needs to be understood when interacting within groups. Or, creating organizations where humans interact to achieve a common outcome. The hierarchical structure of a group needs a deeper understanding of how it and individuals within the structure interact to achieve a groups outcome. Understanding the interplay between realities and expectations will help dispel misconceptions.
