Epstein had his staff tell the locals in the Zorro Ranch area that the ranch belonged to a foreign woman who owned Victoria's Secret (which was, in fact, owned by his friend Les Wexner from Ohio.) A local man was hired to drive a bus from the ranch to the airport in Albuquerque to pick up busloads of young girls from Latin America, who he then brought to the ranch. I spoke to his friend, who told me the girls were bussed in but often were not bussed back out. They simply disappeared. They all thought they were trying out to be Victoria's Secret models. They would chatter excitedly together on the bus, in Spanish.
