The much anticipated, much talked about, much ballyhooed US reprisal for the deaths of three US servicemen at Tower 22 in Jordan has begun.
According to US Central Command, a variety of command and control centers, supply depots, and other presumably “high value” targets have been hit—some 85 different sites in all.
The reprisals have begun. Whether or not they have the same effect as the US strikes against the Houthis (i.e., not much) remains to be seen.
I’m not holding my breath.
