Regarding chickenpox and measles, these are not viruses. All diseases are corrective expressions to remove poisons and waste from the body. Complications arise when nutrition is lacking, movement is blocked, or the flora is wiped out; backup release mechanisms are then used.

All germs are waste managers and digesters. Microbes are pleomorphic and terrain-dependent.

For childhood exanthems like measles and chickenpox, waste is being released via the skin, usually acidic proteins (causing the blisters).

These expressions are not contagious; they are not "caught"; they are created by lifestyle factors.

There can be triggers that encourage release among family members, relatives, close friends, and coworkers. From our tribal and nomadic days, purging as a group could have been advantageous compared with staggered release. These groups can also share common exposures.

With chickenpox parties, no one is catching anything. Placebo suggestion plays a role, and the children are generally already within the age range when this expression occurs anyway. If one child develops chickenpox later, it is falsely assumed to have come from the party, even though it was going to happen anyway.

The child may also have been told to “go and get chickenpox,” which is a very strong suggestion for a child. The delayed appearance encourages people to look back at the gathering and assume it was the cause. Once someone proclaims that they “caught it” there, the rumour spreads through the communities, reinforcing the familiar belief that something is “going around.”
