One problem with the Natal Conference/pro-natalism movement and other things like this is that the more you try to "get someone to do something", the more they naturally resist it—perhaps even out of an instinct of mimetic rivalry. Especially when you're aggressive, political, and cringe about it. This is a massive and underdiscussed problem of evagelization of any kind, including Christianity.
