Please stop relying on actions based on the written law we all used to live by. When the current regime is not abiding by that law, THERE IS NO LAW. We are left with only words on a piece of paper or computer screen. The “beautiful bill” pending in the Senate will remove the power of federal courts to enforce their own orders. The clause is hidden within a huge text rammed through the House during the middle of the night. Court orders will be only words on a piece of paper. We are way past investigations.
