Ok no one tells you this. But organizing isn't getting together and all shouting "we need to organize" at each other.
Real organizing is usually one guy at 2am creating 10k entry spreadsheets of: Persons of Interest, addresses, Metro Area, workplaces, crimes, ascociations, dirt
Real organizing is far closer to intelligence work, where only one guy knows the full picture... Has it in a secure file... And then when everyone shows up saying "we need to organize" can tell them all to shut up, "say nothing", and just hand out assignments.
