“Any person who willfully seeks to destroy the life of another person, by any means, at any stage of life, or succeeds in doing so, shall be held accountable for attempted murder or for first degree murder, respectively.”

Why can’t we make a video (that would likely run for the rest of my life) of every woman and girl who has been raped and sexually assaulted, some of whom were so traumatized they ended their own lives, and equate that with “any person who willfully seeks to destroy the life of another person, by any means, at any stage of life”?

Oh yes. I forgot why we can’t do that. Because the United States of America hates women.
