Fifty-three days to build the legal framework for non-compliance with the federal government.

Yet, when pressed, she wraps herself in the Maple Leaf.

She insists she wants a “sovereign Alberta within a united Canada.”

It is a rhetorical contradiction. A sovereign state, honey, is a bit more than a province. You cannot have absolute jurisdictional immunity and a shared passport.”
