Irish Parliament is speaking of their citizens in the US being tortured in concentration camps.
Like many American people, I have Irish heritage and I went to the country with my father and my sister years ago after my mother died. We went in her memory and to meet her cousin who she never got to meet. Everyone from Doolin to Blacksod Bay to Dublin was SO nice, so welcoming, and almost uncomfortably friendly specifically to American people. And now this is who we are. We are operating concentration camps and torturing people who admired us just a few years ago before we were a Nazi nation. This can’t go on. We cannot be this.
I am sobbing now. How can we be Nazis? 349 million people are allowing this to happen.
