The Heritage Foundation tracks voter fraud. It has found 100 cases of noncitizen voting (proven) between 1982-2025. During that time roughly 3-4 billion ballots were cast in primary/general elections. That's 1 noncitizen vote for every 30-40 million citizen votes cast (0.000000025 - 0.000000033%). So…why do we need the SAVE act? And why is the Post Office trying to extort lists of voters from states?
