The sign ordinance went from bad to worse. They really think your property belongs to them; this would be hilarious if the implications weren't so significant. No wonder Ms. Kingsley refused to answer the question posed to her on this issue directly during the last council meeting-instead she referred the resident to the 200+ page document to dig for it. I really have to ask whether they are serious with this. We would love to see the amount of legal fees the attorney charged to create an ordinance that allowed the government to advertise whatever they wanted while the resident has to jump through hoops .-JM
