Idaho’s actions on these important issues should not be partisan or controlled by money or power. Instead, they should be based on careful reviews of unbiased evidence and consideration of potential harms to air, soil, water, and weather, along with health of humans, plants, animals, and microscopic creatures. (Unfortunately, the Idaho legislature has not supported truly effective bills to stop weather modification. Perhaps HJM018 will be the one that finally passes! It’s a start.)

Florida Representative Greg Steube introduced the Air Quality Act H.R. 7452 on 02/09/2026. This act (linked below) would prohibit weather modification activities in the United States and establish clear federal guidelines to protect air quality, public health, and environmental integrity.
