Charlie Angus is right to call out the danger faces from the ties between MAGA and the Alberta minority who are throwing in their lot with the Trumpians who want Canada to disappear.

Alberta’s election finance laws allow for large corporate donations. So easy for MAGA front groups to set up a company and fund the Make Alberta the 51st State campaign, in a potential referendum that a judge has ruled “unconstitutional”.

The federal parliament has a responsibility to ensure that foreign interference is not allowed to hold sway, AND to ensure that the Clarity Act and the unanimous Supreme Court of Canada decision on this issue of separation are upheld and enforced.

Interference from the White House, the Treasury Department or anywhere else cannot be tolerated. The interference promised by the US National Security policy is illegal under Canadian law.

Time to call out the traitors, the treachery, and those whose knees have been weakened by bending too much.
