JD Vance and other Trump stooges are raising the fact that Jonathan E Ross, the ICE agent who killed Renee Good, was involved in an incident last year where he was dragged by a car and required 33 stitches.

To which I say: so what? If the trauma of that event made him prone to overreaction, that is an argument for his removal as an ICE agent. It is not an excuse for murdering an innocent mother of three.
