For a Black woman who is used to making sure everyone else is comfortable, making these decisions solely for yourself may be entirely exhilarating at first. Ease into it. Lunch by the window.

Aka is drinking alone and loving it, or being the last person LDO has to wait for because I judge her choices... So much. There isn't anything inherently to keep you from having fun by yourself... In some cases the simple fact of knowing my own right answer before anyone has ever piped in, and being utterly right, I get a certain kick.
