My name is Rollie Pemberton a.k.a Cadence Weapon. I won the 2021 Polaris Prize for my album Parallel World and I'm the former poet laureate of Edmonton. My writing has been published in Pitchfork, The Guardian, Wired, The Globe and Mail and Hazlitt.
