They have controlled this critical trade route since 1979. The Morouns have spent millions lobbying against the new, nearby Gordie Howe International Bridge to protect their $60+ million annual toll revenue. It's an easy bet that they offered Trump a bribe donation, through one of his crypto scam coins or otherwise, to disrupt the opening of the Gordie Howe bridge.
