I’m just going to post this now because I’m a nobody but my information needs to be shared. I’m a former federal employee who worked in Washington DC during Trump’s practice run as president. Although the Trump representatives involved with my agency were far more belligerent than other administrations we employees had experienced, we treated them with respect and followed through with instructions that we could carry out legally. As federal employees we are bound by the laws passed by Congress. Like not being able to spend more money than congress gave us. We just explained the law. I assume all other agencies did the same thing. We did that during the first 4 years. Trump and cronies learned that the law existed and that federal employees will follow the law. I guess it’s no surprise that the traitors are ignoring the law now. All the laws.

My suggestion to other democratic countries is train your employees to recognize a coup and how to stop it. Federal employees were physically and verbally abused by the insurgents behind closed doors. They ignored the federal employees when they said the laws were being broken. They were completely prepared. According to my colleagues, they walked in to Treasury Department in street clothes. Aggressive and armed even though the propaganda says otherwise. No one has come to help.

By day 10, they felt comfortable enough to talk among themselves about how easy it was to “access and manipulate “ the private data of all Americans. They were overheard laughing about how stupid Congress is, all of Congress, all sides. It was clear from their comments that they are loyal to Musk. NOT Trump. Not America. Musk.
