🚨Trump is preparing for 8 weeks of ground operations in Iran, U.S. officials said, as thousands of American soldiers and Marines arrive in the Middle East for what could become a dangerous new phase of the war.

This is stage 3 of the escalation trap.

American soldiers will go in vertical but come out horizontal - because they are being sent into a meat grinder, where they will die for the state of Israel.

The plan is to carpet bomb the shores of the strait, before launching an amphibious assault, an undertaking the U.S. hasn’t attempted since the Korean War.

Landing forces will then attempt to clear and hold the shoreline, and then install air defense assets to protect U.S. occupation forces from Iranian missile and drone attacks.

A plan that sounds reasonable on paper until you understand that US air defense systems are designed to track and shoot down conventional missiles, not swarms of armed drones, which Iran is able to produce hundreds of each day.

Added to this woe is the fact that US has burned through 40% of its air defense stockpile of missiles in defending Israel and GCC countries during past 3 weeks.

But even if the U.S. military operation somehow succeeds in reopening the strait, the next challenge is keeping it open, which would require a permanent military occupation, meaning U.S. soldiers will come under constant attack, causing massive losses and costing billions, if not trillions, of dollars.

Ultimately, the only way out of this mess is for Trump to retreat and acquiesce to Iranian demands. But that is unlikely to happen, which means an unprecedented catastrophe for the global economy and the lives of millions of people in the developing world.
