When my wife I first got together pre-kids, we took a lot of photos of our cats, Moose & Gadge. Once we had kids, that focus shifted over to them more and more as a way of documenting our lives. Now that the kids are pre-teen/teen, getting them in a photo has become a rare thing and the daily life photos have shifted back to our fur babies: Mabel, Dipper, and Walter. Mabel and Walter don't get along very well, and as a result she kind of hunkers down in my youngest’s room, away from everyone, 99% of the time. My personal favorite might be this one of Mabel, because when she comes out relaxed and social like she is here on the kitchen stool, it's always a bit of a treat.
