  1. January 21, I visited the Special Collections branch of Albuquerque libraries, and asked about IPRA. They weren't familiar with the acronym, and told me I needed to go to the City Clerk, even though I had them look up the law. I submitted a request, but they were reluctant to accept it.

January 23 I asked at Main library about IPRA, and was told that the library doesn't have a records custodian.

I also got an email that my thumb drive was finally ready to pay for and pick up at the City Clerk's office. (I had requested the bus cam video on Dec 17 - IPRA limits reponse to fifteen days.)

January 24, I went to see Ramona again in the Plaza del Sol building, and paid for the little thumb drive, $8.79. I asked again to speak with the City Clerk, Mr Watson.

Also on the 24th, I visited Main library and the Albuquerque Community Safety department on San Mateo. Each public body accepted an IPRA request on camera. When I asked Mr Watson about these requests, he claimed he never received them.
