Friends and I have started playing with Half Frame cameras. I want to always shoot 35mm when I travel. But when airlines weigh my carryon (FX3 + Leica M6), I get flagged. I like that the Pentax 17 is SO light. I just shot a roll & dropped it off at Icon to be developed. It can’t be a substitute for the Leica, but might be fun to travel with. Actually, I suspect it will be a substitute for shooting on my iphone.
