So you don’t think kids who have two moms or two dads don’t deserve to read books that have family like theirs? Or kids who have a mom from one religion and a dad from another (as is the case of my son)? Oh, and to blow your minds: we’re also from different cultural heritages (my parents are immigrants from Hong Kong, both are Catholics while my husband’s roots are draw from Eastern European Jews)!! We are Canadians from different parts of the country too.

By the way, six year old should ABSOLUTELY not be reading about graphic intimacy. And that’s regardless of whether it’s heterosexual or homosexual. But two mom families? Different thing all together.
