Oh, on my walk today I’m looking for White Pine branches, down in the woods.
I will make a pot of Pine Needle Tea and pour the two together when I’m straining tea later today.
I will also start a quart jar of white Pine Needle tincture for inflammation cytokine support. It will be ready in about six weeks, so I’m off to the liquor store for a large bottle of organic vodka.
